🔬 Recovery Blend
BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend (10 mg) Dosage Protocol
The 10 mg BPC-157 + TB-500 blend combines 5 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg TB-500 in a single lyophilized vial. This lighter format is suitable for shorter cycles, lower-dose protocols, or researchers new to this combination. The synergistic tissue repair mechanisms remain identical to the 20 mg blend.
âš¡ Quickstart Highlights
Reconstitution
2.0 mL BAC water → 5.0 mg/mL total (2.5 mg/mL each)
Daily Range
250–500 mcg total per injection
1 U-100 Unit =
50 mcg total
Cycle
4–8 week loading phase
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
Route: Subcutaneous | Frequency: Once or twice daily
| Phase | Dose Per Injection | Frequency | U-100 Units | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loading | 250–500 mcg total | Twice daily | 5–10 units | Weeks 1–4 |
| Maintenance | 250 mcg total | Once daily | 5 units | Weeks 5–8 |
At 5.0 mg/mL total concentration (2.5 mg/mL BPC-157 + 2.5 mg/mL TB-500), 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 500 mcg total (250 mcg of each peptide). See the 20 mg blend protocol for full mechanism and research detail — this lighter vial uses the same protocol framework at half the per-vial dosing capacity.
Reconstitution Steps
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the inside glass wall of the vial; avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with reconstitution date. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 28 days.
Supplies Planning
| Item | 4-Week Cycle | 8-Week Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 + TB-500 vials (10 mg) | 3–4 vials | 6–8 vials |
| Insulin syringes (30–50 unit) | 56 | 112 |
| BAC water (10 mL) | 1 × 10 mL | 2 × 10 mL |
| Alcohol swabs | 1 × 100-pack | 2 × 100-pack |
Mechanism of Action
See the 20 mg blend protocol for full mechanism of action — BPC-157's cytoprotective, angiogenic, and anti-inflammatory mechanisms combined with TB-500's actin-regulating, systemic distribution, and cell migration effects. The 10 mg blend delivers the same synergistic pairing at half the per-vial capacity.
Research Findings & Safety Profile
- Same synergistic BPC-157 + TB-500 mechanisms as 20 mg blend — see full protocol for detail.
- Suitable for shorter cycles (4–6 weeks) or lower weekly dose targets.
- BPC-157 provides local cytoprotection and angiogenesis; TB-500 provides systemic actin regulation and cell migration.
- Once-daily maintenance protocol is effective for injury prevention and recovery support applications.
- Identical safety and adverse effect profile to standalone BPC-157 and TB-500.
Storage
| State | Temperature | Duration | Notes |
